After office staff became a problem Recently had a crown done but was not mapped properly. Asked for the problem to be remedied 2 x. Dr Palmer kept saying I needed a root canal. However received a second opinion. The molar tooth definitely was made too thin and surface of ooth was flat not shaped at all. This was causing the pain when biting.
Had a dental emergency Feb 2022 and problem solved very quickly demonstrating compassion and dental skill. Thank you so much!
It had been a while since my last dental exam and I had been having some problems. Im not too proud to admit I avoid dentists but therein is the reason for the problems. Dr. Palmer and his staff made me feel very comfortable, respected my wishes and desires and got down to business. A little over a week now and I feel fine...no more toothache and my smile is none worse for the wear of a middle aged man.
