This office is a joke, I was treated for opiate addiction. I never failed 1 drug test yet he continued to treat me as a low life. The staff is insanely rude (all but one lady) you wait for atleast an hour per visit before even being called up. He left me high and dry for over a week after my appointment due to him taking days off. I ended up withdrawing from my prescribed meds becsuse he was never in the office when I got there even if I called the day before and confirmed. I pray I don't relaps
I've been seeing Dr. Dunham close to a year now for Suboxone treatment and he has been absolutely amazing to me. Sometimes the wait is long but I don't complain because he has ALOT of patients on certain days. He listens, he understands, he gives me advice to help me stay on track. He has my respect. And the staff is amazing too! I'm always greeted and they know who I am. I wouldnt be as well as I am today without Dr. Dunham.
He is a great Dr. He pretty much saved my husband life 2 years ago . My husband has congestive heart failure and Diabetics. Two years ago my husband had problems breathing and spitting up throth . If it wasn’t for Dr Dunham my husband wouldn’t be here today . Thank you Dr. Dunham you and your office make us feel like family .
I went in to see him regarding numbness and swelling in my hand. After being asked why I had the pain I explained that I had an old injury. Then I presented my hand which was especially swollen and he told me that 'everyone' has swelling and occasional numbness in their hands. It was just a fact of life. When I went to another physician he was horrified that a doctor would say that to a patient. He treated my hand and commented that YES it was swollen. Going to see Dr. Dunham is very stressful.
I was stunned by his condescension. He refused to hear what I had to say, insisting he was the MD and I was uneducated and not capable of evaluating information I read on the internet. (I have an MSed and am an RN). He used my medical history against me and told me I needed to get a psych eval. He asked my significant other if he just always did whatever I said. He said he should be happy with his health at 84. His arrogance prevents learning from his patients. No one knows everything
Condescending. Belittling. Would not listen to my complaints. Did not examine me. Accused me of drug seeking. Told me I needed to get better insurance.
Dr. Dunham overcharged me for a procedure and refused to refund the over payment. To make matters worse he has the worst bedside manner imaginable. He interrupted me when I tried to explain my symptoms and belittled me for answering his questions truthfully. He also told me that my children's health was not an excuse for being a little late for my appointment. I wouldn't trust a dog to his care.
When requesting a full physical for a healthcare program thru my work, he seemed to sidestep doing it himself by sending me to the hospital for tests. When I mentioned my last prostrate check had been several years prior, his comment was you obviously have one. Not very professional in several cases over the years. Also he has been unable to come into network with my work's insurance? Not a good sign. I am currently looking for new Doctor
