From the initial consultation through to my final 4-month review, the experience was professional and reassuring. Dr Davies is calm and not overly talkative, but his work speaks for itself. I am genuinely very happy with the outcome of my upper eyelid surgery. The entire team was friendly, organised and supportive throughout the process. As Snezana mentioned, he may come across as reserved and not overly warm at first. However, when he realized he could not assist me further with my condition, he did not charge me any out-of-pocket fees. I have consulted several surgeons due to my complications, and most of them charged full fees. Dr Roger Davies & his team were amazing from start to finish (post operation care). Martina & Michelle were very caring & nurturing throughout the entire process. The practice thrives on excellence & exceptional patient care l, beyond expectations.
The reception staff were wonderful to deal with. Dr Davies did an amazing job removing my xanthelasma. Neat stitching and minimal scarring.
