Awful just awful. Didn't even see him. The day of my surgery had his dental technicians start my anesthesia. When they were done they took me out back in a wheelchair.If I even saw the surgeon that day I don't remember.Wasn't even fully awake yet. Basically dumped me in the vehicle that was waiting to pick me up with blood running down my face and it was the most awful experience I've ever had in my life. My nest friend that was my driver was mortified, and to be honest I don't remember that day after my surgery,
Do NOT go to this man. Over a decade ago, I went to him in Arkansas to get my wisdom teeth removed. I went for a consultation and he yelled at me for reminding him about prescribing me a valium to calm my anxiety before the surgery (even though he said before that would do it). He said we (young adults) love to do drugs and that he's had people's hearts stop on the table because they weren't up front with him about the drugs they had taken before he gave them anesthesia. DOCTOR IS A JOKE!!! HE SAW A 2 YR OLD, THAT HAS BEEN VERIFIED TONGUE TIED BY HIS PEDIATRICIAN & HIS SPEECH THERAPIST! SHOVES HIS HAND IN HIS MOUTH W/OUT WARNING OR WARMING UP TO THE CHILD AND WONDERS WHY THE CHILD BIT HIM. THEN THE SO CALLED DR GOT PISSY AND SAID THE CHILD WAS FINE! I PRAY THE CHILDREN IN YOUR LIFE ARE NEVER TREATED LIKE YOU TREATED THIS CHILD!! HE SHOULD NOT BE SEEING CHILDREN!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM!!!!!!!! WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STAR REVIEWS!!!

I was skeptical at first, from reading the negative reviews after I scheduled my appt to get two teeth removed. However when I went for my consult Dr Cullens was very helpful, greeted me with a confident approach was patient and answered all of my questions! He also assured me that he would give me the right care I needed right away. He got me scheduled for my surgery two days after due to it being urgent and that I was in pain.
