Needed emergency work done on my broken crown and a temporary filling. Most of the work that was required was covered by my insurance. An additional $1,600 was added to my bill that my insurance did not cover. My total bill was $2600 and I needed to pay half down in cash ($1350) because, according to them, most of the work was not covered. I called my insurance and they stated that I have crown coverage! My mother had a horrible experience here. Dr. Skinner is extremely rude. I would never recommend anyone here
Was getting a cavity filled and after I was done, the doctor and technician realized (and admitted to me) that they used a needle that was too big to numb me. There was no apology or acknowledgement of error. It seemed like a joke to them both. Do not recommend.
Cannot recommend. Hostile, rude, no empathy. Recommended treatment not really needed. Will never go back there.
