Dr. Robert's cared for me from the beginning to end with prostate cancer, I choose to have surgery. Dr. Roberts cares and takes the time needed so you have a full understanding of your surgery. Dr. Roberts is amazing! She is very personable and has a great bedside manner. She is responsive to questions, and she takes the time to ensure concerns are fully addressed. Judging a doctor’s ability isn’t based on how quickly they pick up your call on your timeline; it is based on the level of care provided. She obviously cares about the wellbeing of patients.
Impossible to reach or to get a call backs. The Harshes front office policies I have ever witnessed from a doctor's office. However to be fair see is a great surgent if she would just improve everything else!!!
Dr Robs was excellent. She listened and was very caring.
