Dr. Zanard has been our family doctor for over 20 years. She is most caring and thorough Dr. that we have ever had. I don't mind the wait because she gives all her patients her undivided attention! I would most definitely recommend her !
Office staff is great-so called doctor is awful. Uncaring, unconcerned, sits there and taps her long fingernails on her teeth while flinging her hair from side to side. Makes you wait an hour past your wait time. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Will not listen carefully, instead interject. I left that office in tears because I had waited and waited to go and I really felt something was very wrong. She dismissed me and made me feel like I wasted my time. I will NEVER go back or recommend
Dr. Zanard is very uncaring & unprofessional! My appt was scheduled for 10 a.m. so I arrived around 9:30. She walked in @11:30 with NO APOLOGY & when I told her my wait time, her reply was, "I don't have anything to do with that." She gave a FAKE apology once I told her it was INDEED b/c of her. I will NEVER go back & I will not recommend her to anyone. She doesn't value her patient's time, nor does she take your health concerns seriously. She is definitely in the wrong profession.
If you are Vietnam Vet or fought in Afganastan I would steer clear of Dr.Zanard. My husband served two tours in Vietnam. The last time I saw Dr. Zanard I told Her I felt he had PTSD. Rather than showing Concern and asking why I felt this she Replied, rudely, "I am tired of these men and their PTSD!" He died two months later. They attributed It to alcohol. Don't alcohol and PTSD go hand in hand. I seldom saw him drink. His Colonel ask me if I realized he was a Vietnam War hero.
TERRIBLE experience overall. The office staff gave me a different time than they actually entered. The doctor spent the main of my appointment typing on her laptop!! I did NOT get the physical I had scheduled (they scheduled it as a new patient consult so I would need to reschedule to be seen),what time she spent addressing my concerns she was condescending & unconcerned. I was billed $292 for this waste of time! And NOW they have declined to refill my medication without prior warning.
I recently relocated to the High Point area and am lucky to have found Dr. Zanard for my new primary physician. She is a STELLAR listener and conversation with her comes easily. I feel confident that Dr. Zanard has her patient's best interest in mind.
She spent the time needed to go through chart and update all info. She got family info that no one else has ever ask about.
