New patient here. Love the ambience of the office. Dr. Robison and Addi were thorough, patient, and kind. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this place due to the billing issues and collection practices. It was always an extremely time intensive experience checking out because there were issues with the practice understanding our insurance and what we would have to pay. We have 2 dental insurers so that made it much worse. I am not even sure the balance we owe is correct because of how the office billed our insurance. We have received handwritten additions to our bills admonishing us for being past due with exclamation points, and we have recei... read more
I went there a few times. They could never tell me the amount I owed because of insurance. So I paid what ever they said. The last time I went they pulled a tooth and it wouldn't stop bleeding. They put a medicine in to make the bleeding stop they said I had to pay for it because some insurance don't pay for it. So I did. She said I was all caught up and insurance paid for everything. I went here for the first time today after not going to a dentist for years because of anxiety issues and they were absolutely fantastic. The whole staff amazed me with how sweet they were and so focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety and needs a bit more care!
Fixed my broken tooth within a reasonable time, and really helped me out. It looks better than it ever has!!
