I had treatment by Dr. Bruen yesterday and everything was completely flawless from the first consultation appointment to the actual treatment! Dr. Bruen is very thorough, knowledgeable and he treats patients as human beings not just a number. We are extremely fortunate to have a Specialist of Dr. Bruen’s caliber right here at home! All of his staff from his Brantford office and the Norfolk County Hospital were so kind, organized and went above and beyond! Thank you very much Dr. Bruen and Staff!
Went to Dr Bruen’s office for assessment in June 2023 and was advised surgery for cataracts would be approx. 1 year. After not hearing another thing from their office I made about 4 inquiries as my eyes were getting worse. Each time I called I was told” you are on the list”. Finally I decided I had to get my cataracts fixed and went to Kitchener and paid myself for the surgery. About mid August I got a call while on holiday from their office. Dr Bruen and staff are great; however, wait times when here are unacceptable. Got here for my appointment at 330, and still not seen yet at 4:45. This is not the first time this has happened; it happens every single time I am here. They overbook their appointments and cause themselves huge delays. Make sure you have time to sit waiting around if you have an appointment here.
All the staff are awesome,great... miss tonya is really kind, friendly, and great...always has a smile on his face and perfect
