They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office staff was not friendly at all and spent more time interested in securing payment than customer service. I just about paid the entire bill myself and filed my insurance without thier help. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had the hardest time finding their office but google maps was able to find it.
