Dr Robin Mansour is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and actually helps me with my health. She is so caring. I’m so lucky I found this office a year ago! Her nurse Kim is so sweet and so great, too. I just love this office and everyone who works here is really great.
I can't say enough about Dr. Robin Mansour. I have been to a lot of practices in the area and have not found a primary care doctor in Florida that was as knowledgeable and patient-centered as Dr. Robin. I feel listened to about my health concerns and supported in taking steps to improve my health. I drive over a half hour to see her because she is a rare gem!
Receptionist is rude. They fired Liz (she was exceptional receptionist) and hired rude and disrespectful new one, completely incompetent and arrogant. We have to find new family doctor only because of receptionist, it impossible to deal with her. Terrible experience.
Do not try to get in here. The website link says they are excepting new patients but they are not. It's so hard to find a Dr. And when you actually see someone is its disappointing to hear them tell you they aren't. What is one you do. No one wants to see new patients.
Dr. Robin is absolutely amazing! She actually listens to your concerns and helps try and find a solution.
