I was having irregular heart beats and was nervous about my symptoms! Dr. Bowman was professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease with his calm manner! His staff was nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend Dr. Bowman
This facility and its staff are top notch. My friend had hand surgery there recently on several occasions. The staffwas wonderful! Starting with Danell Steed at reception, who took pains to welcome my friend warmly and care for me while I waited in the lounge, the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. In the last two weeks I have watched and waited for my experience with this hospital to improve. It has NOT. From phone conversations, to the check in desk, to the nurses and Dr’s . Not a friendly soul in sight! Cold and not at all welcoming. I would prefer to die, rather than be taken to this hospital, as they all have become extremely complacent with what they’re doing. This place has gone way down no one answere the phone and when they do they put you on hold for over a hour really people you got to get it together. If you don't want to work then go home. It a shame how this has gone way down. What's wrong with you
My Dad has been a patient here off an on for the last few months because of health issues. First the good things. Fast check in. Our wait time was less than 5 minutes. Right into Triage also. The wait after Triage depends. We waited as little as 10 minutes and for as long as 3 hours. Next when we were seen, the majority of the Drs have been great except for a few with no bedside manner whatsoever. The nurses, the same. Most have been great and we received great care. Overcharged me $45 for a copay. My copay was 40 and I was charged $85. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The ABSOLUTE joke of a front desk girl told me to contact a manager named “Andrea Gardner”. Upon calling multiple times, I was told by the clownish receptionist that said manager was in a meeting and she would give me a call back. (Apparently, this manager takes 7 hour long meetings?) Luckily, I can dispute it with my bank. Shame on you for scamming sick people.
10/14/2021 I have been getting annual physicals for about 30 years because of my occupation. Main Line was far and away the worst place I have had the misfortune to get a physical. My physical was in the late afternoon and I was supposed to fast (blood work) until the appointment. I called and asked if they could do the blood draw in the morning. I hadn't wanted to have an MRI because of contrast toxicity, but went ahead because I thought I could get a detailed assessment of the cancer in my right breast and active axillary lymph nodes, as previously seen on ultrasound and mammograms. The website claimed, "These machines offer extremely precise and detailed views of the body, aiding in complex diagnoses."
