I went to see Dr Lipschitz because of pain in my hand. He did a very thorough examination of my joints and found a full inch discrepancy in the length of my legs. For many years now I have been having balance problems and have been going for PT but at no time was I told of my leg length discrepancy. I have now modified my shoes to even out my gait and this is all due to Dr Lipschitz’diagnosis. I greatly appreciate how his findings are having a great positive effect on my life. I can’t thank him enough.

Unprofessional behavior of a staff member, Carol, toward a disabled patient. Unfortunately, this is not the first occurrence and it was previously addressed with Dr. Lipschitz. During the recent incident, Carol refused to provide assistance to the patient, did not allow the patient to see Dr. Lipschitz, and effectively denied care.
I was very uncomfortable. Commented on my appearance and was highly inappropriate.
