My first visit with Dr. Simpson she and her staff immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and asked great questions. She works with my cardiologist to make sure I'm getting the best care. She reaches out to me to follow up in the patient portal to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. She is, hands down, the best primary care doctor I have ever had.
I trust Dr. Simpson completely. She always listens to me, and I know what she tells me is honest. Her staff has always been very kind to me.
Neither this doctor, nor any other doctor at this entire faculty, are taking new patients.
Dr. Simpson is the best doctor I have ever had. I always tell her she is my favorite doctor in the whole world, and I mean it! I became one of her first patients at Springside Medical Center, right after it opened. At that time, we could call almost anytime of the day and get an appointment right away. Dr. Simpson has always been easy to talk to and joke with. We laugh a lot during check-ups and I feel like I’m talking to a good friend. She listens to me and she cares about her patients.
I always tell her it's like talking to a family member when I speak with her. Dr Simpson is always at the top of her game and I couldn't find anybody any nicer then her. That being said, the dark hair women at the window is miserable, probably rides a broom to work, never met a more hateful person.
My family members recommended me to Dr. Simpson because it was hard trying to find a Primary Doctor to listen to me about my health concerns. She really listened and provided alternatives for me to live better and feel better. The only downfall about Dr. Simpson is that she is truly a busy woman (which is a good thing because she is really good at what she does) and your next appointment with her can be couple months from when you call to set it up. However, overall, she is the best, truly!
I Love Dr. Simpson, but her staff leave a lot to be desired. When I call, I am always put on hold, the last 3 times....for longer than 10 minutes. The staff is rude and impatient. I deal with it because I want to see Dr. Simpson, but I really wish she would get more competent help!
Dr. Simpson is the best doctor EVER. If more doctors were like her there would be more healthy people. She is so friendly and understanding from your viewpoint.
Dr. Simpson has an excellent bedside manner. One never feels rushed when talking to her, and she takes time to truly listen. She thinks outside of the box and is willing to investigate and/or recommend alternative treatment options. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Simpson.
