Going to add summary tomorrow still upset that i cannot get my refund and then was told his wife Mrs Velasco was going to pay me from zelle though she is in Europe. Waiting for over a month but they are going to tell me his wife is in Europe when I need my money for teeth he did not fix and have receipts and product to prove it. I was in need of a second opinion from a prosthodontist/periodontist; as I had experienced dental implant “failure” on one arch & replacement surgery was recommended. Although I only scheduled for a complimentary consultation, my visit was excellent, from the dental receptionist throughout the end. Into the “meat” of the consultation Lisa & Dr. Velasco were both absolutely fantastic!! Lisa presented friendliness, politeness, professionalism, and overall seemed to enjoy her job. I waited too long to get my all-on-4! Dr Velasco and sweet Corey and the rest of the team made it not only possible, but realistic. Dr Velasco felt I needed 5 implants on top, and he did it for same price, to be sure the fit was perfect. So, I dove right in and bf I knew it, I had the most beautiful teeth in my life, and I’m 68. Dr. Velasco made a thorough evaluation, and heard our concerns, which were many. Then mentioning his own mom, he charmed mine into a $20K All on 4 prosthesis sale. Mom handed over the money and the prosthesis broke in 30 days! He then wanted another $8K to repair it, refusing to take responsibility for his work. At this point the charm was over! He agreed to repair free of charge, but the second prosthesis did not look as nice, but sloppy. What is worse, he didn't allow my 81 year old mom to see him accompanied anylonger. Hi... read more

Poor care and no compassion for patients traumatized by his lack of professionalism. He dismissed the excruciating pain he was causing during his clumsy attempt to set a permanent crown. He was determined to do his job regardless of my pain. He is intimidating with his comments and causes a tense situation to become gravely unbearable. I have my blood pressure taken before and after each doctos/dentists appointment. On this day, my BP rose by 10 points.
