Horrible. Leaves me waiting 5 days to TRY and set up an appointment, office keeps saying they'll call me back, I finally get a partial answer and the office supervisor says he's decided not to take your case... evidently just didn't feel like it because I couldn't get a straight answer from the supervisor.
