terrible TERRIBLE CLINIC, months and MONTHS OF WAITING they have yet to still fill out a simple prescription, even now they still want me to fork over money for a renewed prescription when they never even FINISHED THE FIRST ONE FROM LAST YEAR. Insane that these people treat their patients like this. hope they get run out of town and their business shuts down we need to forward this to the board.
RUN AWAY! I don't usually leave reviews, but leaving this one in hopes to save someone a lot of time and stress. I had one tele appointment with Dr. Narvaez he came off as caring and actually listened to my health issues. His scheduling staff and admin staff are the WORST i have ever experienced in my adult life. I called 5 times and left very detailed messages in 6 weeks with no return calls. Just don’t… if you want to actually get answers and results, just don’t come here. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. My pre op prep wasn’t given to me until the night before I was set to do it because I couldn’t ever reach anybody and finally got responded to at 6 or 7pm!!. It’s been 2 months since the procedure and I still don’t have results, because the doctor NO SHOWED my telehealth appt. Just completely ghosted me. I finally got partial records sent to me by a member of the office staff after contacting them countless times.... read more
