Very disappointed in this facility and that Dr. Narvaez would associate his name and reputation with this practice. Cannot get ahold of anyone at this office. Unfortunately having to switch to a different Gastroenterologist because I have a condition that requires continuity of care, work with other specialists, and somewhat frequent appoints/endoscopies. The doctors are very kind and pleasant person talks to you about your situation and discusses methods for treatment and communicates real well.
Finding the building that you're located in was challenging, as the 8534 isn't in a prominent, visible location. Then, it was disconcerting to face construction and having to walk to the rear entrance, with breathing trouble. Then, to meet a crazy lady in the lobby made me wonder just what have I gotten myself into. But that all changed as soon as I got into the inner office.
