Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
