Front lady was very rude she needs to do her job. Dr was okay.
Dr Velasco and his team provide exceptional assistance and genuine concern for their patients. Dr. Velasco is exceptionally generous with his time, which is why I have trusted him as my PCP for more than 12 years. It is regrettable that I must relocate out of state, but for those seeking a primary care physician in South Seattle, I wholeheartedly endorse him.
Dr. Velasco and Dr. Adao works professionally side by side. They are caring and very attentive to our needs, not to mention their sense of humor. The staff are very courteous and friendly to patients. I love Southgate Medical Clinic.
Dr roberto Velasco is very profesional and very detailed.. im glad i went there for my doctors visit.. i also like to leave a Good review for the staff they are very Good in what they are doing very nice and helfpul.. i will definitley be back to them.
Drs are ok but the front desk staff is very rude and they never know anything when you ask them a question
