Worst experience ever....office has no respect or boundaries from the receptionist to the Dr. ( not nataloni) the focus laid only on the parents and not just children. Never seen an office cross so many boundries...especially a pediatrician. Would absolutely never recommend. If I could rate zero I would
USED to be a fabulous practice. Dr.N & nurse practitioners knew their patients and knew their medical history in order to proactively treat properly. But the practice expanded so much, and Dr. N has so many part-time nurse practitioners on staff now that there's not enough time for medical staff to know their patients in order to properly assess. Nowadays it feels like it's a "treat and street" method. Takes several visits now for a proper diagnosis. We left the practice.
We love Dr. Nataloni and all of her staff. Everyone is very helpful and kind. We have never had any issues scheduling either wellness or sick visits.
