Sister had a terrible experience with this surgeon
Dr West very nice and polite gentleman. Comforting voice and explains things well. Before and after. Colonoscopy went smoothly. Big difference from 30 years ago. MyGPS was wrong coming W to Olive. Took me around office bldgs. Stay on Olive past has station in right corner. Next bldg after says KUMON on sign. Turn right there. Park in back closest to office. I ended up a bit late and had to call office too ask for directions. I don't know how to left Google know they wrong.
Doctor West and his team are exceptional healthcare professionals. I have been going there for roughly 2 years now and as a young guy struggling with odd problems at my age, not only have they made me feel comfortable, but they have gone above and beyond to make sure that my medical needs are met.
