Did they get the job done? Mostly. Was the experience any satisfying? Not really. The Invisalign treatment costs a bomb and took way longer than expected. Fine. My real grudge is how they made me feel throughout the journey. You are a just a number in a well-oiled money making industrial operation. They harass you with automated text messages for years. At the actual check-in, you’ll be lucky if you get more than one minute with Dr Pazios before he dismisses your question or concern to run to his next “patient”.
