After a negative experience with a different specialist, I was referred to Dr Watson. I was extremely nervous based on my previous experience, however, Dr Watson was empathetic, kind, and never less than helpful. He took my concerns seriously, validated my experiences, and allowed me to have autonomy in my health decisions, which was incredibly helpful and such an important aspect of my care. Dr Watson is kind and knowledgeable but uniquely, he goes well above and beyond. My experience with Dr Watson has been excellent and I am grateful to have found him - he has made a really confusing and difficult time much easier to navigate.

I had a pleasant experience. The lady at reception(I don't know here name) was very kind and sensitive. I needed an urgent appointment with specialist and tried many places and was unable to get an appointment because of long wait. And the receptionist here was able to get me a last minute one. The doctor was calm and heard to our grievances and was very sensitive.
