We had a great experience with the therapist till their office told us we no longer be covered in Jun for teletherapy . We decided to stop based on budget/ job situation during Covid time. Few days later, early Jun, they called again and assured us that they checked with insurance and confirmed we are covered 100% with no co-payment for teletherapy, based on this affirmation call we continued. 7 WEEKS LATER on July 20th they called us again demanding co-payment moving forward (fine) and BACKWARD!!! .They canceled the next ... read more
