Great doctor. That’s where it ends. I have not been in his office for over a year. However I receive a text bill snd an email bill every month. From a non-existent billing department. The phone number brings you to his office. I have paid this bill, I have sent proof of payment, I have had promises from the staff that it will be resolved. Again today more bills. This is harassment. My next letter will be to the department of Fraud on the Elderly in Tallahassee. When I called the office to complain they Hung up on me!
THIS DR IS UNDER INVESTIGATION! It is public record on the Dept of Health site. Want a doctor that will violate your HIPAA privacy rights? Then this is your guy. He shared my personal and private details. No clue how he is still legally practicing medicine. He is a liar, cheater and leads patients to spend money on damaging supplements to line his pockets. Dr Schneider is always ready to listen and address any concerns. His staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
I was considering him as a primary care physician and feel like I really dodged a bullet by calling ahead. Girl on the phone had the worst attitude before I had even said anything and was mumbling / slurring her words. Glad I was able to avoid having to deal with that constantly. Good luck to current patients.
It is a shame that people leave bad reviews for office staff rather than for the doctor. I have been going to Dr. Schneider for years. He is outstanding. He is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and most of all he takes his time with you. Now that he is at a new office it's even better than ever. His office staff is very sweet, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him. Most of my friends go to him now as do my family members. Everyone thanks me for sending them to him.
