Dr. Duck has been our family doctor for almost 20 years. I have found him to be caring, a good listener, very good at explaining the whys and hows of meds and procedures. My kids are adults and still go to him. I give him 5 stars.
I first went to see Dr. Duck when he first opened. He was an awesome doctor, but my spouse and I found his staff to be rude, condescending and stupid. Didn't stay with him long
I've been a patient of Dr. Robert Duck for well over ten years and been very pleased with his knowledge and bedside manor. He's a great physician, However his office and administration staff has all ways been horrible and incompetent. I've tolerate the staff only because of Dr. Duck, but as time goes by and problems continue with his incompetent staff the less forgiving I've become. I guess the old saying holds true "Good help is hard to find".
