I recently had the opportunity to see Dr. Toomey for a strange wound that appeared suddenly on my big toe. The doctor photographed the wound, sent this to a vascular specialist and within a week I had surgery to restore circulation to my leg. I believe his quick action saved my toe and possibly more!
