Wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was so kind and friendly. This is the first dentist I have been to in a long time where I felt the dentist wanted to be of service and help me. Dr. Walczak completed my dental cleaning himself with the help of Erica, an excellent hygienist who completed my X-rays very efficiently with a minimum of discomfort. JJ at the front desk is so nice you can feel it in the whole office. This dentistry lives up to all of its exceptional reviews.
I was really nervous in switching dentist offices with me being with the old one for 10 years but Dr. Walczak was absolutely phenomenal and took exceptional care with my teeth! He was able to work with my insurance and was grateful enough to waive my fees for me. He's absolutely wonderful and a great dentist to have, unlike the other ones in the Northgate area. I HIGHLY recommend him and his amazing sweet staff and couldn't recommend him any higher. Please go see him if you need a new dentist!
I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Walczak since the ownership transition for an urgent tooth repair. I was impressed with the attention to detail and transparency in discussing my options. The work came out great, and I plan to continue my care here.
