If I could give 6/5 I would - Erica at the front desk was great with helping me get appointments scheduled and figuring out my insurance details/coverage, Janet was an AMAZING hygienist, genuinely the most thorough and painless cleaning I've ever had, and a great person to chat with about questions and concerns, and Dr. Walczak's approach to treatment was very collaborative, open, and more conservative, which I really appreciate - he's definitely up-to-date on guidelines, recommendations, and current best practice. I am dentist avoidant! I have not seen the inside of a dentist office for 8 years! My experience at Rain City Dentistry could not have been better. From checking in, to seeing the hygienist, doing X-rays (so comprehensive), and finally seeing the dentist, I was put at ease.
