As a retired health care professional, I cannot say enough good things about Dr Robert Shenker & The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic of Waterloo. I know good health care when I see it & experience it. Dr.Shenker and the staff are very professional and comforting. I had breast implants done in 2013 and have returned recently for a removal of a mole. Always such a thorough process with medical history and all of your concerns answered and put to rest before your procedure. Would only go here for anything cosmetic or related. Thank you Dr.Shenker and staff once again for making my visit caring and comfortable. And also want to note am still very pleased with results of my breast surgery in 2013.
Botched and no compassion for breast implants completed 2016 , I’ve tried to work patiently so much with this office and they just want more money and don’t care about the person . They are more expensive than most surgeons . In this case you don’t get what you pay for . I honestly am very upset with the patient care . Why did you become a Dr if you don’t like helping people ?
