Dr Tausend resolved my issue effectively and efficiently, including personally returning my followup phone call. I've been a patient for 3 years. He truly cares about resolving patient issues and concerns. I strongly recommend him and staff has always been helpful.
I almost did not come to this MD due to previous reviews, but I am glad I did. He and staff are very professional. The office is clean, well organized and inviting. Wait time is minimal. A credit card is required, but they contact you 1 week prior to charging the card. This is somewhat understandable considering ever changing healthcare coverage. Dr. Tausend is a no nonsense doctor in practice over 30 years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I feel very confident in his skills.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I could go on and on, but essentially the doctor was in such a rush that he failed to properly talk to or assess me. As quickly as he could manage, he assessed the skin he could see, addressed what he saw, and was done. There was no consideration for my questions or concerns. I will never refer friends and will never be back. Not worth the copay.
The first time I went to see Dr. Tausend, I really liked him. I had difficulty seeing him again due to his staff not bothering to confirm our insurance. (Great PPO coverage). Today we came in for skin cancer screenings. Even though we were paying our co-pays upfront & had money/credit to pay for any addt'l services, we were refused and asked to leave...Because we didn't want to give them access to our credit card for whatever they deem necessary, later on. Insurance co filing a complaint.
Office staff were disrepectful, poor customer service, and refused patients with invalid reasons.
Ive been seeing this Dr on and off since I was 13.I have psoriasis. I am 47 now.I go montly for injections. Yesterday my appt.was at 3:30. I arrived,signed in at 3:15. The office staff were cutting ip loudly..speaking spanish and laughing the entire time we were sitting there.They called 1 patient at 3:30,didnt even acknowledge me. At 3:47 they called me to the window and insisted I leave my bank card on file with them incase of an overage with my visit.Because I refused to do so,they refused me
