A bit of wait at the office but Dr. Pollard attention to detail, explanation of procedures and outstanding service made it all worth it.
Dr. Pollard is one of the better physicians I have ever interacted with. Very thorough in the initial visit and fully explained the procedure I was to have. Surgery went great and he made sure during the follow up visit to make sure I was recovering well. Took time with me to fully answer any questions-never felt like I was being rushed in and out. Staff is great too.
First off let me say that Dr. Cueto is breath taking! I had surgery and she did a great job! Her staff is always nice and every office visit was easy and painless!! Thanks again for doing a great job Doc!!!
One needs only a single consultation to appreciate the knowledge, experience & quality patient care that Dr. Pollard possesses. He took substantial time to review the complicated history of procedures performed by former doctors and then thoughtfully & patiently walked me through the necessary surgical procedure, including a thorough discussion of possible risks.
