Message was left for me to call a nurse at the office. When I called I was told she was out till Monday and no one had any idea of why she called. They were unable to look at my chart to see why she called. This is unacceptable in a medical practice another nurse should be able to answer questions like that. It could mean a missed appointment for a test or wasted money if they wanted to change a medication
Not good I've been having an issue trying to get a nurse to call me back in reference to a medication that was prescribed Its been 4 days since I first started calling leavening messages it been well over the 72hours that I'm told someone will get back to me
