I have cancer on the right breast and after seeing the MRI PETCT, the surgeon suggested that I try ultra sound since he could see calcifications on the left side as well. I received a referral and received approval from the insurance company, but why did you come? You have cancer on the right side. Why did you come to get the left side? Insurance is limited. Disgusting! Loud office makes it virtually impossible to decipher the words being spoken by a heavily Spanish accent. The minion "I" had the displeasure of speaking with is lethargic, non helpful+ rude. 😑 After THAT, I'm not interested in trusting I'll be treated in a professional, courteous manner. A mammogram isn't something a woman looks forward to. So to be mistreated by front office is disheartening&lack lustre~

Man! I wish I had read the earlier reviews before scheduling my appointment. Apparently this is a pattern of rogue low level employees. It was so ridiculous it reminded me of the Soup Nazi on the Seinfeld sitcom. I drove from Riverside all the way to Beverly Hills for a 4:45pm MRI. Not my preferred time of day.
