WHAT EVER DO YOU, DO NOT GO TO DR ROBERT KAGAN FOR A PROCECURE. HE IS VERY CARELESS AND I GOT A HUGE 3RD DEGREE BURN FROM HIM DURING SURGERY. NOW I AM MORE INSECURE THAN I HAVE EVER BEEN BECAUSE I HAVE A HYPERTROPHIC BURN SCAR AND IT IS VERY HARD AND EXPENSIVE TO TREAT. HE HAS BEEN UNREACHABLE AND WONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WHAT HE DID TO ME. THIS IS THE BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE CHOOSING HIM AS MY SURGEON.
Dr Kagan as a veracious vain surgeon is very dishonest and money hungry.
I had a bad experience too Lower blepharoplasty. After Kagan's surgery I had to go to an oculoplastic expert surgeon for my eyes they were so screwed up. I gave it months to heal/ improve after Kagan. No improvement--My lower lids were pulled so far down, I looked like Creature from the Black Lagoon. Spent $Thousands more. Went to Dr. Kagan for a tummy tuck and breast lift. He was great, I am 5 years out an d look as good as when it was first done. Very professional staff, reasonably priced and would recommend his practice to everyone..

The clinic said for $8k they'd do Laser & Lipo & fix all my issues (ended up 6k due to admin error). Dr. Kagan was my Dr, nice but said he was starving & never did laser. I objected but he said I didn't need, the nurse said he barely took any fat. Weeks later he did laser & again said he was hungry! After months now absolutely no change in my body at all! I've gone for 2nd opinion who said still fat & laser not recommended . Tried to call/email for money back, no response so taking legal a

Honestly, for someone that is supposed to be a doctor, Dr. Kagan and his staff have no concept of patient care or customer service.
