So I had an appointment at 4 wasn't seen until 6pm..Waited after Sandy the receptionist left which was amazing...Frederick has NO RESPECT FOR UR TIME OR HEALTH PERIOD..I asked him so u was running late he said u lucky it wasn't later..EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL,SMELLED, NAILS DIRTY, HOLES IN CLOTHES..Met in a conference room and he spoke 99 percent of the time..Speaking medical gibberish didn't get to really speak about my health AT ALL. absolutely no complaints after 20 years. Down to earth and knowledge. Highly recommend. He doesn’t talk much, but his knowledge is absolutely to the point. Ask him and he explains and acts accordingly.
I just started going to dr fredericks last year for a complex hormone issue. He seems very in-tuned and knowlegeable regarding many forms of diabetes. I love the new front desk person she is very friendly!
Wait times can be long, yes, but that is understandable and acceptable, ( bring your tablet or a book to read while you wait,) because Dr.Fredericks is an excellent endocrinologist who does not rush through your appointment but rather focuses his undivided attention on your specific medical condition and then prescribes the best optimal treatment for your condition.
