New patient. 1st time to the office. Drove an hour to learn I was suppose to be there 1/2 hr early. I was only 10 minutes early. They said they had to reschedule my appointment. I never received a confirmation text or an email for paperwork prior to my appt. I even called the morning of my appointment to make sure I indeed had an appointment...never mentioned I had to be there 1/2 hour early.
