I can’t say enough about that Bulat I went to him many years ago and I must say as soon as I walked into his office, he knew my name all my history and had a plan before I even saw him. He was wonderful and I thank God for every day a few years ago I recommended him to my nieces husband and I told him that if Dr.Bulat Could not find out what was wrong with him nobody could.
