Dr. Rockower is not a good doctor because during Covid, his nurse would not let me see him because I had a cough. Left me high and dry for a doctor or medical help during that whole time. Not even a virtual appointment. I finally made it to Mayo in Jacksonville and saw top doctors who determined my cough was caused by the heart medicine (Valsartan) that Dr. Rockower prescribed!! I had to wait 8 months to get in when it finally the office front desk very rude and unperfrossional .. I work in medical offices in my to.e and this was the worst does these women have vertication to work in a office I think and feel how rude and unkind I don't think so I was to be a new patient I walk out
