A few of the male dentist are not good at dealing will young kids (short and cranky). I thought it may have just been me until an employee told me there weren't that good with kids schedule them with the female doctor. They also take too long to get an appointment. Going to look for another dentist who will put more caring when dealing with children. The facility is nice looking, reception staff are nice.
The dentist and all the dental assistants were really good. However, they overcharged me by over $100 vs my insurance coverage. I called them for four months to get reimbursed. Every time they acknowledged they owed the money and promised to get me a check. Never any explanation of why it hadn't been taken care of, never an apology. At 4 months I told them I guess I'd have to file a lawsuit. I got the check 2 days later and their person was actually snotty with me because I didn't thank her.
