Update - received a call from Dr Kristen apologizing for the poor customer service from the staff. She has dealt with the issue internally and I am thus revising my rating to 4 Stars. I appreciate that the doctor cared enough to call directly. The worst experience ever! My husband, M. took a pair of expensive high fashion glasses/frame to this optometrist office and asked if they can add his prescription. Very informative and kind doctor
I recent went to get my eyes examined and the doctors were amazing! The staff are amazing and have great customer service! Definitely recommend! Make sure to check out the variety of glasses they have!
Been coming here since I was in the fourth grade now 32 yrs old. Never had a problem with the old staff loved them, always friendly and polite. New staff is okay. When I call I'm usually always put on hold immediately. Did like the old staff better.....
