Professional and personable. For years Dr. Ratzlaff has consistently provided friendly and responsive service. From the staff to the choices of affordable eyewear, the whole office works to provide the highest quality service. I recommend unequivocally.
Bad receptionist. I am left without vision because after dealing with the disrespectful receptionist I left because of being humiliated multiple times. I including nanny others are filing complaint with our insurance companies and the medical licensure board. DO Not go Here
