Every visit was a joy. Dr. Carter is very smart, wise and caring. I cannot say enough good things about him. I wish he had been on duty when I presented at hospital with my DVT and PE!

Dr. Carter took great care of my father. He is very professional, proficient, and patient. He was able to clarify what was going on with my dad, complete the procedure, and get my father walking again. I am forever grateful for him! I would highly recommend him!!!
