The guy is an absolute joke. I somehow became obsessed with ACT as a cure for my anxiety and flew up from Sydney to be treated by Rob. Within a few sessions he was tapering me off Effexor XR which I had been on for almost 20yr prior. So there i am in Sydney tapering off this medication at an insanely fast rate and ended up hospitalised due to serotonin syndrome drop. How i even managed to survive is scary. Was ‘undiagnosed’ with anxiety at the end of the session. I am not, nor have I ever been diagnosed with anxiety. Also he doesn’t think people should receive medication for ADHD, something I also don’t have.
