I love listening to the happiness podcast. It is so soothing and always teaching better positive ways to live life. My favorite episode is the The Lamp Within: How to Find Beauty in a Dark World.
In this crazy life sometimes it's nice to have a calming outlet to help your mind cope. Dr. Puff's Happiness Podcast is exactly that for me! I have been a long time listener. And the podcast has helped me though some dark times in my life. He has a very kind and calming voice which helps drive home whatever the topic is for that episode. Dr. Puff has the most amazing podcast on happiness. I’ve been listening to his podcast since 2015. I’ve even sent two checks to his office because I am so grateful for how his podcast has helped me navigate through difficult times in my life. The nice thing about the podcasts is that being human, we tend to forget. His podcast helps you remember and get reoriented when you start to move in the wrong direction. Dr Puff's Happiness Podcast is my go to one when I have tough feelings and whenever I need my time. I have been a fan since around Dec 2019 and I still am. I randomly contacted Dr puff for impromptu visit while I travel LA, Disneyland area and Dr Puff happily accepted it and spent some time with me for a quick chat.
