I met Dr Platzman when I was a patient at the Gardens nursing home. I was there for 20 weeks for a broken heel. He would make his rounds very early in the morning and apologize every day for coming in and waking me. His presence was a welcome addition to a very strange time.
I’ve been with Dr Platzman for over 10 years and he typically has an amazing staff backing him Winnie is the sweetest, care tech a patient could ask for and very knowledgeable! He gets five stars because he is a GREAT doctor, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Addressed my concerns immediately when I had an issue with how I was treated by his receptionist Georgette whom I felt as aggressive, rude and unprofessional. Dr. Platzman’s is a fantastic and caring doctor. He’s the type of doctor that treats you like a member of his family, he listens and he always reaches out to check on you. Dr. Platzman will make sure that every dot and every T is crossed in regard’s to your healthcare needs. His staff members are also just as awesome. Spoke to a receptionist over the phone and she was very rude. I simply asked a question about a doctor that turned out to be not there anymore and she hung up the phone on me. I would never want to go to a practice that have people like her working there. It was like she hated her job. Just awful.
I’ve been with Dr Platzman for over 10 years and he typically has an amazing staff backing him. He would’ve gotten five stars because he is a GREAT doctor, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. However he has this receptionist that compares to a pit-bull at the Front Desk named Georgette, aggressive and unmanageable. Rude and snippy is an understatement, UNPROFESSIONAL is a nice word for her demeanor. Thank god I have thick skin and love my DR.
