My mother, Janet Fortune, recently called the office because she tested positive for Covid today. She wanted a Paxlovid prescription because it's for the relief of Covid symptoms, is free of charge, and will help keep her from being hospitalized. That's important, considering she's 81 & in a high risk group. The response from the so called nurse? "Tough it out for the next 3 days". What kind of response is that?!
