Just went back for a check up! I was terrified (as I always am at the dentist) I was told I am healing beautifully! I got all of my stitches out! The staff and DR continued work as a team and make me feel comfortable and safe. This practice goes above and beyond to give me the best experience. Patience. Kindness. And understanding!
I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this office and unfortunately will not be returning. I arrived for a 2:00 PM appointment and was not taken back until around 2:30. When I was finally brought back, the staff’s demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. I explained that I needed help removing braces that had been on for four years due to my previous orthodontist moving and later discovering they were not licensed. I was in extreme pain....face swollen, just a mess. They saw me the same day I called, and extracted 2 teeth a week later....very friendly, caring and gentle. This is definitely my new dentist.
