Wonderful experience.
Appointment went fine for my teenage daughter. However, my wife informed me that the Doctor told her she could not be in the examine room and that it was "policy." She gave him an option to either allow her in the room or at the door with the door open. While he complies, I find it extremely troubling that any doctor or company would institute a policy that would not allow the parents of a teenager, let alone a girl, be alone in an examine room with a grown adult.
Dr Parks is one of the best doctors that I have had! He is so knowledgeable and you can tell he knows his stuff! Lots of friendliness' this visit from all!
We’ve been going here for years, and have always had a positive experience. This time around, our son had his first eye exam, and it was no different. The staff was so kind and the doctor explained everything to us in a way that our son could also understand.
