My exam with Dr Park went well. On the other hand the two ladies at the check in desk was un professional and rude. After my exam the doctor gave my prescription to one of the ladies and I took a seat waiting for the next step. After waiting for 15 minutes I was asked if there was anything else that they could help me with, looking confused I asked what about my prescription and glasses info. I love visiting the store in Snellville, the staff are very friendly and helpful
Dr. Park was excellent! He explained everything very well. Best explanation I’ve ever received. The reason for the 4 stars is that there was quite a bit of unprofessional loud chatter from the front office staff. We also would have liked to have seen a more affordable price range for frames. We were able to get what we wanted for a significantly lower price elsewhere. Our glasses are only for night driving and/or rainy conditions.
