Great ENT very knowledgeable, diagnoised my son when no one else could. Others were over medicating my son. I immediatly looked for a ENT specialist, and found someone who listened and knows his profession well. Great care, thorough. Other reviews with not getting an appt. has nothing to do with the quality of care. If busy all the better. Hes great.

I called to make an appt with Dr Spears on March 1 for some nasal discomfort. When the nurse informed me that they could take me on March 3 I was very clear that I could not do March 3rd and we agreed on March 10 @ 9:50am at the Sonterra location. The morning of March 10 I tried to call and confirm I was still good for my appt before I drove my way over there being that I never received any email confirmation or phone call to remind me of my appt. My husband, Larry Ibrom, had an appt with Dr.Robert Spears on Sept 29, 2020. Larry was very impressed with Dr. Spears. Doc wants Larry to have an x-ray taken of his nasal passage. As of today, Oct. 27, there has not been any appt for an x-ray. Larry has made numerous phone calls to office and was told that an Alisa was to get back with him about appt for an x-ray. There has been no contact with Alisa. Meanwhile, my husband continues to have discomfort in his nasal area. Can someone from Dr. Spears office please help him?

I am very appalled at the lack of professionalism seen at this office. I have been here several times and today when my husband needed to be seen I was refused entry and also refused the right to speak in person with the doctor. It seems that his “nurses” are stepping over there qualifications and roles and telling the doctor what to do. They are specialty nurses that are trained in ENT not other things and when a patient with Severe PTSD and claustrophobia needs to be seen they denied the wife admittance with him. Dr Spears is Professional and Friendly! He is also very knowledgeable and speaks to you as an equal and on your level! He is a Great Doctor! I would highly recommend him! And he has done surgery on me and procedures in his office!
