I came in today 1/17/23 for a consult for my wisdom teeth. I will not be returning to this office again. The atmosphere is very RACIST from the front staff to the doctor himself. Dr. Robert O’ Neil has the most horrible bedside manner and is very arrogant. He looks down on patients who have Medicaid and believes they should go elsewhere to afford care even though he accepts this insurance. First time I’ve ever been there and everyone was so polite and professional , Dr. O’Neil has very professional bedside manner , he tells you what to expect and what he’s doing through whole procedure . Very impressed with his staff and service . HIGHLY RECOMMEND .
If you are looking for an Oral Surgeon who is compassionate and has a wonderful bedside manner, then Dr. Robert O'Neil is the perfect Oral Surgeon for you. Dr. O'Neil takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers all of your questions. He is very gentle and makes you feel at ease during your procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neil to anyone who is looking for an Oral Surgeon who truly cares about them.
